Are You Ready?

Race Day is around the corner and it's almost here.
Are you ready?

Workouts are tough and it is difficult to squeeze it all in...runs are cut short, the bike is killing me, swimming and strength training too.
Are you ready?

Running times are coming down and fartlek running is going up. Not only are you spent after your hill and fartlek runs but you have a whole strength workout afterwards.
Are you ready?

Do you wonder "Is all of this training worth the sacrifice, pain, sweat, time, and lack of sleep?"
Do you wonder "Why you do this?"
Do you wonder "What's in it for me?"
Do you wonder "What's next?"

Stay the course and keep making deposits into the Bank of Fitness.
