Exercises Explained

This page will help explain some of the exercises we do.  The easiest way is to find them on YouTube and not reinvent the wheel.  All these exercises are to designed to  A) Build strength, power and explosiveness, B) Help with functional fitness, C) Engage core and muscles that aid in balance, and to D) Work on correct running form.
